Request a repeat prescription

There are several ways in which you can request your repeat prescription.

Please note, a repeat prescription is an item of medication that is listed on your repeat slip. An acute medication is normally a "one off" medication used to treat an acute problem, such as a steroid cream. These medications will not be listed on your repeat slip. All acute medication requests will need to be passed to a GP. The GP may, at their discretion, choose not to prescribe the medication again. You may be asked to come back to see a clinican if this is the case.

Phone

To order a prescription please telephone us on 01803 832212, and press option 2 – this service is available between 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm.

Online

By far the easiest way of ordering your repeat medication is via the Patient Online system. You will be able to order your repeat medication 24 hours a day via the website or an app on your phone/tablet.

You will need to have an account before you can use this service. This can be done firstly via the Patient Access website and then by contacting reception on 01803 832212 to complete your registration.

Drop it in

You are of course able to drop your repeat re-order form into us here at the surgery. There is a box placed in the main entrance. Please tick the items you require on your re-order form and drop it into the box. A new re-order form will be attached to your new prescription.
